Contest Rules & Eligibility:

Must buy or sell real estate with Nazaar Shadir during the contest time period to be eligible for the draw. Prize includes an all inclusive trip for 2 to Cuba. Includes: Air fare for 2, food and accomodations for 2 at an Resort in Cuba, minimum 4 star resort. Date of trip to be determined but will be before May 30th, 2010. Each transaction gets you a ticket. Contest not open to leasing deals. Must be of age to buy or sell real estate. Sellers must list and sell with Nazaar Shadir for our standard terms and conditions.
Purchase must be a firm purchase before January 31, 2010. All conditions must be waived, including and not limited to, Financing (mortgage letter submitted), recission period passed, status certificate condition waived, inspection condition. There must be a minimum of 10 sales for contest to take effect. Ticket will only cover air fare from Toronto to Cuba and back to Toronto plus all food and accomodation in Cuba. We reserve the right to add additional prizes. Not to be used with any other promotion.
